In this free course, you will learn more about how you eat as it relates to your emotions, whether they be happy, sad, excited, lonely, stressed, etc. You will then follow the step by step method to help you create positive experiences with food and events where you previously felt uncomfortable. You will ultimately learn how to deal with your emotions in a non-food way.
